Tonight, in Rotterdam the world premiere of Ágnes Kocsis‘ eagerly awaited third film, Éden. will take place. It will also play at the Gothenburg Film Festival next week, where I plan to see it. Stay tuned for my upcoming texts about the director’s earlier features.
Ágnes Kocsis is known for her two features. The first one was Freshair (Friss levegö 2006). Her sophomore film Pál Adrienn won the FIPRESCI prize in Cannes 2010. Ten years later, it’s finally time for her new film. It’s called Éden. The film stars Lana Baric and Daan Stuvyen. The cinematographer is Máté Toth Widamon. Here is the first clip. I can’t wait to see it.
